Ambetter Claims Reminder

We have recently identified an increased number of rejected claims related to submissions with incorrect member identification numbers and/or provision of taxonomy number. To ensure that you are paid timely and accurately for the care that you provide to our members, we have provided some helpful information to be shared with your billing and patient accounts team.
Please take a moment to review the Ambetter Claims Sumbission Reminder which outlines details regarding:
- Taxonomy placement on claims
- Billing with the correct Member ID number
If you have experienced claim rejections for these reasons, please review the guidelines in the Ambetter Claims Sumbission Reminder, make any necessary edits, and resubmit your impacted claims. Please note that resubmission is not a guarantee of payment, and other applicable rejection edits may still apply.
