Member Portal
Get the most from your health plan. Using our member portal is free and
easy:
- Select “Member” and your health plan, then click “Submit.”
 - A new browser window will open:
- If you have an account: Enter your username, which is your
registered email address, and click “Log in” - If you don’t have an account: Click on the “Create New Account”

        With an online account, you can:
- Request a new member ID card
 - Change your doctor
 - Update your contact information
 - View claims and plan details
 - See the amount you have to spend on your MyHealth Pays rewards card

        Provider Portal
Buckeye also makes it easy for providers to interact with the health plan. Contracted providers can register for an account at any time. Non-contracted providers can register after they submit their first claim. Get started by selecting “Provider” and clicking “Submit.”

- Verify member eligibility
 - Check status & submit claims
 - Submit & confirm authorizations
 - View detailed patient list

        The user manual is available on the secure portal, after you successfully complete the log in process. If you are a contracted provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim.
