New CMS Requirement for Health Plans

CMS is now requiring all health plans to track and publish Accessibility, Hours of Operation, Language Spoken and Specialized Training in our directories for each service location. Please complete the CMS Data form found on this website under forms and reference as soon as possible. As always, thanks for your participation with Buckeye.

*If we do not receive a response from the provider on the CMS Survey by June 10, 2016, all areas will default to “no” in the directory.
