Buckeye Strives for Provider Directory Excellence

The Buckeye Provider Directory and online Find A Provider (FAP) option are key to member’s ability to identify and access our network of quality providers.  To ensure the highest degree of accuracy, Buckeye is completing a comprehensive review and update of directory listings.

You or your practice management team may receive calls, emails or written correspondence from Buckeye representatives asking that you review and confirm or make changes to your demographic detail and other information such as office hours, accessibility, age limitations, etc.   Buckeye lists all contracted providers in our directories - except those who do not have an office where patients are seen such as hospital based providers, pathology, radiology or anesthesiology.
