Waiver and Medicaid Provider Request for COVID-19 Patient Assistance

Dear Providers,

Buckeye Health Plan is working diligently to assist our provider network as issues arise during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Today we are reaching out to all of our Waiver and Medicaid Providers that conduct in-home care to assess if you are willing and able to take patients that have tested positive for COVID-19. We are also checking on your ability to take on new cases as more of our members and providers are impacted by this health crisis.

If you are unable to take on cases due to lack of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), please let us know so that we may assist you in obtaining needed equipment.
