Buckeye Partnership Grant Program (Formerly Buckeye Grant Program)

Partner with Buckeye to Do More

At Buckeye Health Plan, we believe strong communities help people stay healthy. As a trusted Ohio Medicaid plan, we partner with community organizations to improve access to care, increase preventive services and support better health outcomes across Ohio.

For more than 20 years, Buckeye has built meaningful relationships with over 65,000 community partners. These organizations are on the front lines, serving Ohio’s most vulnerable families. When we come alongside our partners with funding, resources and volunteer support, we help extend their reach and deepen their impact.

Together, we can do more. Learn how Buckeye may be able to support your organization.
