Language & Format Support
We want to make things easy to understand. Buckeye offers free interpreters, including American Sign Language. We can also give you materials in Braille, large print, or on CD.

Preventative Care Can Help Save Lives
Get rewards for taking care of your health.
Preventive care can help find health problems early. Many checkups, screenings, and shots are covered at no cost. You may also earn MyHealthPays® rewards to use on rent, utilities, groceries, and more.
You can earn rewards for completing:

- Child well visits (ages 3–11)
- Adolescent well visits (ages 12–19)
- Adult well visits (ages 20+)
