Your new health plan offers great medical care and important benefits. This page has information that will help you understand your coverage. You can also find tools to take action.

You should receive your member ID in the mail within 1 to 2 weeks after enrollment. It’s important for you to have so you can get the medical care you need. You can also download a digital copy of your ID online with your member account. And be on the lookout for welcome information and a member packet. These resources include details about your benefits and services.

Your next steps with your new plan:

  1. Create an online account. You can manage your health benefits, change your primary care provider, contact a plan representative, view claims and more.
  2. Complete a Health Assessment. This is available on your online account.
  3. If pregnant, complete a Notification of Pregnancy form. This is available on your online account.
  4. Choose a provider. You can view the providers available to you on our online directory.
  5. Download our Mobile App Today! The app is available in both the App Store and Google Play:
    1. Download the App: Search for "Health Insurance Portal"
    2. Select Ohio from the "state" drop down menu
    3. Log In: Use your member portal login or create an account to get started
